All of the prices shown on our web site are in UK Pounds Sterling (£), Euro (€) or US Dollar ($) and are exclusive of VAT. VAT at 20% will be added at the checkout. Prices that are shown in Euro and US Dollar are there as a guide only and may not be fully accurate depending on the exchange rate at the time.
Unless otherwise agreed all payments are to be made in full prior to shipment. All payments made must be in UK Pounds Sterling (£). If UK Pounds Sterling (£) is not your currency, the amount you actually pay will be dependant upon the exchange rate at the time your transaction is processed.

Purchase orders

Purchase Orders for items on the site are welcomed from all UK public sector organisations. Please remember to include your PO number when placing your order via this method.
The Purchase Order method is also available for customers who have set up a formal account with us. Please contact us if you feel that you require a credit account.

EU VAT registered customers

Customers based in the EU that are VAT registered should contact us to enable VAT exemption on their account. This will waive any VAT due on the items that you purchase through the site.

International order process

All orders to be shipped outside of the UK will be subject to the following order process:
1)  Customer places order on the website
2)  Shipping quotation is obtained
3)  Customer approves the shipping cost
4)  Pro-forma invoice sent to customer for payment
5)  Customer makes payment
6)  Goods are shipped

Returns/Refunds/Exchange/Restocking fee

In the unlikely event that the items you receive are damaged or are faulty we will issue you with a replacement product.
If the items you are returning are not faulty or damaged they will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the product purchase price to cover administrative costs and fees. You must return them to us (at your cost) in their original condition and in their original packaging, within 7 days of receipt, to receive a replacement product or a refund. You will need to notify us first to receive a returns number. Please contact us stating your name, address, order number and reason for return/exchange. You will be issued with a returns number which must be clearly marked on the returned package. Items returned without this number will not be accepted. We will aim to respond to your order return/exchange request within 24 hours. Refunds will be made within 30 days of return of the items. Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable.


Security is of the utmost importance to us. All transactions that take place through this website are processed securely via the SagePay payment processing service. All data is protected using the most advanced methods available and we do not store financial information like credit card numbers or personal information on this site.


All brand names and trademarks are the properties of their respective holders and are referred to for descriptive purposes only. Any dispute or claim which cannot be settled amicably shall be referred to arbitration. These conditions and all agreements shall be governed by English law.
