Shipping Information

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2 working days although many orders will be processed and dispatched sooner. Shipping costs are calculated on the total weight of your order and then applied either at the checkout for UK orders and some International orders, or manually prior to payment for other International orders. We will notify you when your order has been dispatched, and if goods cannot be dispatched within a reasonable time we will email you to advise you of this and offer the choice of continuing, cancelling or part-shipping the order. We will use all reasonable endeavours to deliver your goods within the time stated but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If you do not receive your goods within the stated delivery period please contact us. Any damages should be advised to us within 24 hours of receipt.

UK shipping

Shipping costs are calculated on the total weight of your order.
UK delivery is by the customer's choice, depending on weight, of Royal Mail First Class, Royal Mail Second Class, Royal Mail First Class Signed For, Royal Mail Second Class Signed For, Courier Delivery or Free Supersaver Delivery (for UK Mainland orders over £45.00). Royal Mail aim to deliver First Class within 1-2 working days and Second Class within 2-3 working days. Courier Delivery is usually dispatched via UK Mail for next day delivery. Free Supersaver Delivery is dispatched using the most suitable method.
We recommend that customers select Royal Mail Signed For or Courier delivery on all orders as these can be tracked and replaced or re-sent if they do not arrive at their destination. Items sent with no tracking (including our Free Supersaver Delivery) are done so at the customer's risk and will not be replaced or re-sent if they do not arrive at their destination.
N.B. UK shipping includes the Channel Islands.

International shipping

Shipping costs are calculated on the total weight of your order.
Delivery to EU and other European countries, USA and Canada is sent via the customer's choice, depending on weight, of Royal Mail International Standard, Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed or Courier Delivery.
All other International destinations must use Courier Delivery as the shipping method.
Royal Mail aim to deliver International mail within 3-5 working days depending on your location. Courier Delivery is usually dispatched for delivery in 2-5 working days depending on your location.
When the shipping method selected is Courier Delivery. we will need to obtain a customised shipping quotation which will be added to the order manually with the customer's agreement prior to payment. Please see below for the order process in more detail. If you would like to know how much an order will cost to ship prior to ordering, please contact us for a price.

International order process

All orders to be shipped outside of the UK will be subject to the following order process:
1) Customer places order on the website
2) Shipping quotation is obtained (if Courier Delivery is required)
3) Customer approves the shipping cost (if Courier Delivery is required)
4) Pro-forma invoice sent to customer for payment
5) Customer makes payment
6) Goods are shipped

EU VAT registered customers

Customers based in the EU that are VAT registered should contact us to enable VAT exemption on their account. This will waive any VAT due on the items that you purchase through the site.
