Pricing/VAT

All of the prices shown on our web site are in UK Pounds Sterling (£) and are exclusive of VAT. VAT at 17.5% will be added at the checkout. Unless otherwise agreed all payments are to be made in full prior to shipment. All payments made must be in UK Pounds Sterling (£). If UK Pounds Sterling (£) is not your currency, the amount you actually pay will be dependant upon the exchange rate at the time your transaction is processed.

Delivery/Shipping

UK delivery is by the customer's choice of Royal Mail First Class, Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, Royal Mail Special Delivery, Royal Mail Standard Parcels or Courier Delivery. Royal Mail aim to deliver First Class within 2 working days, Special Delivery the next working day, and Standard Parcels within 5 working days. Courier Delivery is usually despatched for next day delivery. We recommend that customers select Recorded, Special or Courier delivery as these can be tracked and replaced or re-sent if they do not arrive at their destination. Items sent with no tracking via Royal Mail First Class are done so at the customer's risk and will not be replaced or re-sent if they do not arrive at their destination. We aim to process and despatch all orders within 2 working days. Shipping costs will be calculated on the total weight of your order and then applied at the checkout. Free shipping on selected items is only available when purchased through the website. We will notify you when your order has been despatched, and if goods cannot be despatched within a reasonable time we will email you to advise you of this and offer the choice of continuing, cancelling or part-shipping the order. We will use all reasonable endeavours to deliver your goods within the time stated but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If you do not receive your goods within the stated delivery period please contact us. Any damages should be advised to us within 24 hours of receipt.

Returns/Refunds/Exchange

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the items that you receive, you can return them to us (at your cost) in their original condition, unopened with seals intact and in their original packaging, within 7 days of receipt, and receive a replacement product or a full refund. Please contact us to notify us of the return first, stating your name, address, order number and reason for return/exchange. We will aim to respond to your order return/exchange request within 24 hours. Refunds will be made within 30 days of return of the items.

Cancellations

Under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you are untitled to cancel your order, without reason within 7 days of receipt of your order. To cancel your order, please contact us, stating your name, address and order number. We will aim to respond to your order cancellation request within 24 hours. Goods must be returned in their original condition, unopened with seals intact and in their original packaging. Refunds will be made within 30 days of cancellation.

Security is of the utmost importance to Cleaner Systems Ltd. All transactions that take place through this website are processed securely via the Protx payment processing service. All data is protected using the most advanced methods available and we do not store financial information like credit card numbers or personal information on this site.

General

All brand names & trademarks are the properties of their respective holders and are referred to for descriptive purposes only. Any dispute or claim which cannot be settled amicably shall be referred to arbitration. These conditions and all agreements shall be governed by English law.
