Terms & Conditions

Pricing/VAT

All of the prices shown on our web site are in UK Pounds Sterling (£) and are exclusive of VAT. VAT at 20% will be added at the checkout. Unless otherwise agreed all payments are to be made in full prior to shipment. All payments made must be in UK Pounds Sterling (£). If UK Pounds Sterling (£) is not your currency, the amount you actually pay will be dependant upon the exchange rate at the time your transaction is processed.

UK Delivery/Shipping

UK delivery is by the customer's choice of Royal Mail First Class, Royal Mail Second Class, Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, Royal Mail Special Delivery, Royal Mail Standard Parcels, Courier Delivery or Free Super-Saver Delivery (for orders over £45.00). Royal Mail aim to deliver First Class within 1-2 working days, Second Class within 3 working days, Special Delivery the next working day, and Standard Parcels within 3-5 working days. Courier Delivery is usually dispatched for next day delivery. Free Super-Saver Delivery is dispatched using the most suitable method. We recommend that customers select Recorded, Special or Courier delivery as these can be tracked and replaced or re-sent if they do not arrive at their destination. Items sent with no tracking (including our Free Super-Saver Delivery) are done so at the customer's risk and will not be replaced or re-sent if they do not arrive at their destination. We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2 working days although it is normally much quicker than this. Shipping costs will be calculated on the total weight of your order and then applied at the checkout. We will notify you when your order has been dispatched, and if goods cannot be dispatched within a reasonable time we will email you to advise you of this and offer the choice of continuing, cancelling or part-shipping the order. We will use all reasonable endeavours to deliver your goods within the time stated but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If you do not receive your goods within the stated delivery period please contact us. Any damages should be advised to us within 24 hours of receipt.

International Delivery/Shipping

International delivery is now available to most of Europe and the USA. Orders are dispatched via the customer's choice of Royal Mail Airmail, Royal Mail Surface Mail, Royal Mail International Signed For or Courier Delivery. Royal Mail aim to deliver Airmail packages (including International Signed For) within 3-7 working days depending on your location and Surface Mail within 2-6 weeks again depending on your location. Courier Delivery is dispatched for delivery in 2-5 days. We recommend that customers select International Signed For or Courier delivery as these can be tracked and replaced or re-sent if they do not arrive at their destination. Items sent with no tracking are done so at the customer's risk and will not be replaced or re-sent if they do not arrive at their destination. PLEASE NOTE: Air-dusters & other compressed can products such as cleaning foam can not be shipped to locations outside of the UK due to international freight regulations. Please contact us for further details if required.

Returns/Refunds/Exchange

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the items that you receive, you must return them to us (at your cost) in their original condition, unopened with seals intact and in their original packaging, within 7 days of receipt, and receive a replacement product or a full refund. Please contact us to notify us of the return first, stating your name, address, order number and reason for return/exchange. We will aim to respond to your order return/exchange request within 24 hours. Refunds will be made within 30 days of return of the items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All data is protected using the most advanced methods available and we do not store financial information like credit card numbers or personal information on this site.

All brand names & trademarks are the properties of their respective holders and are referred to for descriptive purposes only. Any dispute or claim which cannot be settled amicably shall be referred to arbitration. These conditions and all agreements shall be governed by English law.
